Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. Your full shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you place your order.

Prices for many items across the store have been lowered to accommodate this change.

For select locations there may be costs associated with missed deliveries. This will be made visible before you place your order and you will have to accept that you understand these additional costs before your order may be placed.

Shipping Times and locations

We use UPS to send all of our EU orders. 

Orders have a transit time of 3-14 business days.  Shipping times do vary based on location and courier availability.

GT Omega only has the capacity to ship orders to residential and commercial addresses in the EU.

We cannot currently ship to the following locations:

Cyprus, Turkey, Ukraine and Madeira in Portugal.

Returns

At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.

This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty

GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. ROUTE Shipping Insurance

We offer ROUTE Shipping Protection at checkout to give you added peace of mind if something goes wrong during delivery.

If you purchased ROUTE Shipping Protection and are experiencing an issue with your shipment , such as loss, damage, or theft, you must contact Route directly as your first step.

ROUTE will review your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under their protection policy.
