Choose from three options for the base which best suits your seat.
Aluminium Star Base: Crafted from a special aluminium alloy, our standard five-star aluminium base sets the standard for durability and reliability. Resistant to corrosion and rust, it boasts reinforced ribs and gussets that enhance strength while keeping weight at a minimum.
Flat Aluminium Star Base: Specifically designed for XL Chair models, our flat aluminium base combines robustness with a sleek profile, ensuring ample support without compromising on aesthetics.
Nylon Star Base: Ideal for our Pro Gen 2 series, the nylon star base offers exceptional durability. Engineered to withstand rigorous daily use, it provides a stable foundation for extended gaming or work sessions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the size and location of your order as follows:
- Small Items: £4.95
- Standard Shipping: £9.95
- Large Items and Orders: £29.95
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-5 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Please note that our Clothing and Backpacks and Other Merchandise carry a 30 Day Warranty.
