Orders placed before 1:00pm GMT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will aim to ship these orders the same day where possible but during busy periods this might not be possible.
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-5 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.

GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Please note that our Clothing and Backpacks and Other Merchandise carry a 30 Day Warranty.

Q. Which flight simulation games does the MFY Yoke support?
A. When connected to the MOZA AY210 Yoke Base, the MFY Yoke is compatible with leading flight simulation titles, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024, X-Plane 11/12, DCS World, IL-2, War Thunder, and more.
Q. How does the MFY Yoke attach to the yoke base?
A. It uses an all-aluminum quick-release mechanism. Simply push and rotate to securely attach it to the MOZA AY210 Yoke Base—no tools required.
Q. Can the RGB lighting be customized or turned off?
A. Yes. Through the MOZA Cockpit software, users can fully customize lighting modes, colors, brightness, or choose to disable lighting completely.
Q. What kinds of inputs does the MFY Yoke support?
A. The MFY Yoke offers up to 34 configurable inputs, including buttons, triggers, hat switches, and dual joysticks. Inputs can be mapped as axes or button functions using MOZA Cockpit software.
