New to Sim Racing?
This is a Cockpit
When you first get into Sim Racing, the amount of equipment can seem overwhelming, but when you break it down there is only a couple of things you need to set off.

Wheel Base
This is the nerve center of a Sim Racing set-up. All your movements are recorded by the wheel base and it provides instant feedback from your PC/Console.
Steering Wheel
Your controller for Sim Racing. Different wheels are designed for different kinds of racing and dedicated racers will swap them out depending on the challenge.
Pedals
Left makes it go slow. Right makes it go fast.
Racing Seat
For full immersion, a racing seat can be used to mimic real motorsport. Whether a solid bucket seat or a more typical recliner.
Cockpit
The structure of a Sim Racing set-up. As races get more intense, a strong base is needed to keep control. A cockpit can be tailored to your equipment and your body, giving you the most solid racing experience outside of a car.
Don't have the space for a cockpit?
Not everyone has the extra space needed for a dedicated cockpit. A great alternative is a Wheel Stand. Utilizing a standard gaming/office chair, they can be easily set up in a home office and folded away when not in use.
