Orders placed before 1:00pm GMT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will aim to ship these orders the same day where possible but during busy periods this might not be possible.
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-5 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.

GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Don’t buy, bought to replace my old piston as I couldn’t remove it from the tilt mechanism, I bought the regular size and compared to the old one it goes about half as high, so unless your desk is on the ground it’s a waste of time buying just look online for a higher alternative.

My first piston last me about three month but I decided to keep the chair for 2 years and now I decided to change it cuz I realized we can buy new piston
Replacement piston was perfect, original died after 6 years of heavy use (daily use and 2 moves). Can get another couple years out of the chair now
The new longer poston makes the chair sit at the perfect height for taller people with the piston at its shortest. 4 years of heavy use and the Pro XL is still perfect thanks to a £20 replacement, thanks guys.
I've had a GT XL for years and thanks to the ability to buy replacement parts it's a real "triggers broom" of a chair, I have replaced pistons and tilt systems and it's still rocking because I love the chair

Was told by GTO support that this would fit my 10 yr old chair; destroy old one getting it disconnected and now stuck with a much too short piston.
Store owner replied: Sorry to hear it wasn't suitable. These pistons do fit our older chairs but maybe the length you were recommended wasn't great? Our support team should have been able to supply some kit for helping you remove the piston safely to avoid any damage.
I’ve had three GT Omega Chairs now for my son over the years. The Chair quality and build quality are excellent. I have had to change some parts due to heavy usage and natural wear and tear. Then ordered another more updated model due to personal preference. I think it’s great that you now can purchase spare parts as opposed to having to replace the whole chair. Highly recommended these Gaming chairs.

Customer service have been great on the two occassions I have contacted them.
I bought for my son a chair few years back and I was very pleased about the purchase. The chair it was sturdy, very well made, comfortable with lots of features that made my son so happy as he spent long hours while studying and working online. After many years of use it needed few replacements but overall the chair it one of the best on the market. The replaced pieces are on very reasonable price and one assembled it made the chair new again . I'm very happy and I highly recommend it. Thank you .

Bought My chair a few years ago, and the piston recently failed, however parts are readily available through the website, and as always delivered quickly, item very easy to fit, chair is as good as new again.

WHen I bought the chair in 2016 I was happy about it, now years later the chair is still in very good shape, but piston gave up. So I ordered a new piston from you, first was damaged, and then the 2d one is working but is not compatible with the original char base, and now I sit way too low, which is very uncomfortable. Not very happy atm.

Avoid - the website is misleading! These pistons do NOT fit older chairs (mine is under 6 years old). Having fitted the piston to my chair I discovered the design had changed and even the largest piston currently supplied is no longer fit for purpose. I then had an email exchange with their (truly abysmal) customer service representative, Conor, who didn't appear to even understand the issue. Eventually I gave up on having any sort of intelligent discussion on the topic with that particular individual. Instead, I looked on the reviews section, and there they were - review after review from other customers like me, who had come to the manufacturer expecting a like-for-like replacement piston, and had been sold something that was much shorter than their original, without a tapered base (which makes it even shorter), and therefore not fit for for use with their chairs. The website should make that crystal clear, to avoid so many dissatisfied customers and negative reviews such as this. And why the extremely unhelpful Conor couldn't have explained all that is beyond me - not sure whether it's lack of intellect, lack of experience, or just plain bad attitude. Either way, the guy is clearly in the wrong job! Piston has been returned and have ordered an alternative from Amazon.

Best Avoided, Do Not Buy. Bought the Regular Sized strut. Strut is noticeably shorter than original, roughly 50mm shorter. Seeing the original is on the short side anyway, this seemed odd. When questioned it with their support, was told that this was by design for children. Not sure I understand this decision, the chair is now clearly too short to use by any average height adult, male or female. Now looking elsewhere for a proper sized replacement strut and then this one can go in the scrap heap.

Look elsewhere. A replacement strut ordered and arrived shortly after. Fitted to chair to find its even shorter than the original one. Having bought the Regular sized strut, confirmed with their support, who confirmed that these are now purposefully shorter, making them utterly useless for anyone over 5' tall. The original was already on the short size, these replacements are uselessly short. Check the dimensions before ordering!
