Q - What are the advantages of a Fabric Gaming Chair?

A - There are a few key benefits of using a fabric gaming chair over a leather gaming chair.
Fabric gaming chairs are much more breathable than their leather counterparts. The material has lots of small holes throughout which allows air to flow through it. This makes Fabric chairs a fantastic choice for climates which are either regularly warm or cool as they allow for more reliable air flow and are always soft and comfortable to the touch.
Additionally, Fabric gaming chairs are much more economical in their production which means there is less of an impact on the environment during production.

Q - Are Fabric Gaming chairs comfortable?

A - Due to the nature of the material, fabric gaming chairs are naturally softer than leather gaming chairs. Coupled with the breathability of the material it’s easy to find a comfortable seating position no matter how hot or cold the room is.

Q - Why doesn’t the Zephyr Series have a headrest cushion?

A - The GT Omega Zephyr series has additional built-in cushioning on the headrest of the chair to help support you and keep you comfortable while you work or play.

Q - Is the Zephyr Series easy to maintain?

A - keeping your Zephyr clean and tidy is easy. You can wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and even vacuum your chair to help remove any dust or hairs from your pets.
As with all fabric gaming chairs, a little more care should be taken with your use of the chair. As the material is naturally absorbent and breathable it’s important that you avoid spilling anything which may stain the fabric on it as they could be more difficult to remove.

Q - Will there be more colours available in future?

A - With Fabric gaming chairs it’s easier to source and create a wider range of colours. If there’s something you would like to see that isn’t available currently then please let us know at SupportUK@gtomega.com and we can see what we can do!

Q - What is the warranty on the Zephyr series?

A - GT Omega grants 3 years of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and associated products starting from the day of delivery. All other accessories are warranted for a period of 1 year. For more information please visit our warranty page.

There are some scratches on the chair already. It feels like a used chair. However we don’t want to go through the returns process and there is no guarantee there won’t be more scratches. The reason we ordered this one was we already were using XL series however it broke.

I've only ever used GT Omega for gaming chairs ever since I found a YouTuber who used a Master XL. After speaking to them about it, I bought one myself which I still own. Being a little dated and having a few bits failing, I decided an upgrade was needed and opted for the Zephyr Carbon! This chair "hugs" you a lot more in my opinion, so it feels a lot more supportive and the fabric feels a lot nicer to sit on. However, my only complaint is that the max user weight isn't listed and after about 2 months, my gas cylinder has failed.

Pretty comfortable overall, but not particularly easy to assemble. Instructions fail to mention screws are pre installed, and the plastic shields for the side of the chair don't fit properly. Overall, a very good chair, that needs a better instruction manual, and side bits that actually fit.

My first gt omega chair was Brilliant and iv had it for years so have it and you wouldn't guess that is so old by his it looks but second one broke after just a year and my newest one is only a slight improvement mainly the assembly is easier. The chair only after a month has a slight wobble side to side and the springs in the bottom have started to bend up and dig into my legs which is a shame because it was very comfortable at first but I'm disappointed.

After looking at many gaming chairs I decided to try out the gt omega zephyr. I'm 192cm tall weight 90kg the chair fits me very well. The overall quality of the chair is very good. I went for the carbon leather version which has leather side supports with a fabric middle. It's a beautiful looking chair and could be used in any space as the colour scheme and branding look more like a luxury car chair than a gaming seat. It's very comfortable chair with excellent adjustment to suit personal preference or mood. I will be buying a second one to match for any friends calling over.

With so many colour choices I just didn't know which Zephyr chair to go for! The black carbon effect is super premium and so comfy to sit in. The chair comes with a built in headrest and a lumber support cushion. I have to say I Love the zephyr chair. The reason why I could not give it five stars is because it initially came with a faulty part, however GT Omega sent me a free replacement part in a few weeks after showing them the problem, which was really well handled. Additionally, one thing that took time to get used to was the “bump” in the seat at the front, however that was because I often sit sideways with my legs on the desk :D however once I got used the it, the chair is VERY comfortable. Whether you’re working or playing games, you can sit for extended periods of time in comfort.

It's a solid chair. It's heavy and appears to of high quality. However, the head support pad is missing from the shipment. I submitted a support request several days ago and was supposed to receive a response in 24 hours, if you believe the message that popped up. So far, I've heard nothing. If I can get someone to contact me and get me the head support, I'll change my review to a positive one.
