Quality products well priced bought this chair for my nephew having myself owned a gtomega chair for a number of years, will always recommend as I've been very happy with my purchases
Fantastic chair - work from home so currently use it for my home office - but so impressed that I will be buying another for my gaming/simrig room in July - very well made, comfortable and great adjustments very pleased with purchase and quality of the whole chair.

After 4 years with my previous Omega chair, i decide to upgrade to a new one (no because of damage) My old omega chair still pretty and fully funtional, so I give away to a friend. This time i decided to purchase the Omega ZEPHYR Series, lovely chair, top quality, very comfy, solid and bigger than my previous one. I'm sure this chair will provide me many many years of comfy gaming marathons.

I had ordered an earlier version of this chair about nine years ago. Which has a lot to say nine years. My original chair lasted me with every day use. So this year I tried three other different brands. What a mistake all ended up going back not even worth it. I decided to go back to the original with a GT Omega. This chair is amazing. There’s none like it. It’s so good. I live in the US and I had to pay a hefty shipping either way worth it. I highly recommend this company.

With so many brands of gaming chairs out there I did not know which one to get. One of my friends recommended GT Omega. I thought I would take the chance and I am glad that I did. I was very impressed with the speedy response from the customer service for a query I had. Delivery was quick and assembling the chair was easy using the online guide. I cannot recommend this chair enough - sturdy and very comfortable. Great support for my lower back.

This is my 2nd chair from GT Omega and the quality and comfort is amazing, also cheaper than the more well known brands. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others

Hello, I bought the chair in June 2023, and after less than two years, the fabric tore. According to customer service, this is due to wear and tear. I wouldn't recommend the product if the fabric tore after less than two years. Since it's a premium product, you can expect better service and durability. Otherwise, the chair is very comfortable and also suitable for taller people!
I can only give the review at this moment 2stars. The chair itself is very comfortable and i am very happy with it, however the frame that the chair sits on has a manufacture defect, where the counter balance is welded at an angle, causing rocking from diagonal. As customer has to foot the bill for any returns, which cost further £30 to £50 i'm not prepared to send it back at the cost of myself. Instead i've had to put a L bend piece of metal, to give it a roof effect under the metal plate, because the weld is bad its caused a gap for leverage. this L bend as filled the leverage and no longer rocks from diagonally. I have reached out and they have been helpful but as a £350+ Chair, id expect better from a manufacture perspective, ~I shouldn't have to go out of the way to fix an issue that shouldn't been the case. The stitching on the back of the chair has started to break away and unthread, the chair not even a week old, I've restitched it myself, but overly not impressed at the quality of this build. Ideally id like a replacement but again not prepared to pay to have it shipped out to then also be told its against warranty. It's a real shame has my friend recommended me and i took the feedback as a positive, but not sure if it was the right decision.

The chair is incredibly comfortable and has exceptional craftsmanship.
Order took a fair while for delivery, and once delivered it didn't even come complete. Missing the base/wheels and head rest. Box came in a poor state. I'm sure it's a brilliant chair but until it's sorted, it's a 2 star from me.

This is now my 3rd GT Omega chair (4th if you include a rig!) It’s hands down the comfiest I’ve owned. The mix of leather and fabric is perfect and balanced in all the right places. I’m not usually a fan of the back cushions but this one changes the game entirely, I couldn’t go without it now

There are some scratches on the chair already. It feels like a used chair. However we don’t want to go through the returns process and there is no guarantee there won’t be more scratches. The reason we ordered this one was we already were using XL series however it broke.

I've only ever used GT Omega for gaming chairs ever since I found a YouTuber who used a Master XL. After speaking to them about it, I bought one myself which I still own. Being a little dated and having a few bits failing, I decided an upgrade was needed and opted for the Zephyr Carbon! This chair "hugs" you a lot more in my opinion, so it feels a lot more supportive and the fabric feels a lot nicer to sit on. However, my only complaint is that the max user weight isn't listed and after about 2 months, my gas cylinder has failed.
My first gt omega chair was Brilliant and iv had it for years so have it and you wouldn't guess that is so old by his it looks but second one broke after just a year and my newest one is only a slight improvement mainly the assembly is easier. The chair only after a month has a slight wobble side to side and the springs in the bottom have started to bend up and dig into my legs which is a shame because it was very comfortable at first but I'm disappointed.
After looking at many gaming chairs I decided to try out the gt omega zephyr. I'm 192cm tall weight 90kg the chair fits me very well. The overall quality of the chair is very good. I went for the carbon leather version which has leather side supports with a fabric middle. It's a beautiful looking chair and could be used in any space as the colour scheme and branding look more like a luxury car chair than a gaming seat. It's very comfortable chair with excellent adjustment to suit personal preference or mood. I will be buying a second one to match for any friends calling over.
Great chair!
Disappointing experience. No paper instructions and pointed to a terrible YouTube video that doesn't really help you. Nothing to show how to adjust the chair etc. Plastic fittings on the sides that cover the base and back join are not solid and creak if pushed.
Quality control needs tighten up. Products not as good as they used to before 3-3 years ago

chair big and comfy. goes high enough and low enough. arm rests are adjustable, wheels are pretty decent.
Great product, I know own the gt omega art cockpit with seat and Gn zehpyr seat and I love it
The GT Omega Zephyr is a nice looking chair but Is not comfy, I am 5'10 and 79kg and find this chair uncomfortable to sit on all day, my butt will become numb and the chair comes with a lumbar support which is okay but it does not come with a head cushion as standard which is uncomfortable when using the lumbar support without it, the chair has already began to click and feel uneasy when leaned back in after less than a month, I don't have much confidence in this chair with the price tag it comes with. I would send it back if I didn't have to pay £50 to have it shipped! I would not buy again and don't recommend

That said, the Zephyr may seem a little firm at first but with some use it will typically wear in a little to a point you find comfortable. Hopefully, over time, you find the chair to be more comfortable.
I like the chair and how everything functions but I’ve have used it for the last week and it’s already starting to squeak which I was hoping it wouldn’t so soon so goes down in my eyes from that

The chair is great quality and comfortable but my Main and absolute issue is that the instructions doesn’t come with them or posted on your website so to build it you have to watch a 1 minute YouTube video with no commentary to build your £300 chair.

Never arrived, waited over a month
Bought the GT Omega Zephyr in jet black colour to replace my old chair (not a GT Omega), as it was starting to show it's age. After looking at a lot of chairs from various brands as well as the ones from GT Omega, I decided to go for the Zephyr, and I am so glad that I did. From the design, materials used and just how comfortable the chair is, not to mention that it was on a sale at the time that I bought, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this chair to anyone looking for a top quality gaming chair.

Great gaming chair, solid and comfortable.
Delivery was prompt, packaging was solid and the fact the chair came in 2 separate packages shows me you care about how you ship the product. The Zephyr chair I went for is hands down the best gaming chair I've had and is definitely of top quality, I use it for both office work at home and for gaming and it's ticked all the boxes, so thank you :)
Pretty good experience, the only issue I came across was with the courier where the seat portion was "lost" in their warehouse... Luckily I had good relations with the driver who went out their way and happened to find in the corner of the warehouse. Apart from that, a very comfy seat and would still recommend GTOmega... Just maybe choose a different courier!

The order department couldn't issue an invoice. The chair arrived damaged box (apparently, the trip from the UK to Poland was too much). The chair's upholstery smells like someone kept it in a musty medieval basement. The chair is quite comfortable, but not worth the price.
I owned a Gt Omega chair since 2018. Old one was finally wearing down so ordered a new one. The only model was the Zephyr. It arrived, put the chair together easily enough. Great looking chair, nice to the touch, seems like a quality chair, like my previous chair. However, the Zephyr isn't anything like the Sport model I had. For me, I am in my chair between 8 to 16 hours a day. In the sport chair I could do that comfortably. In this new Zephyr, I can get maybe 2 hours before my back or leg starts hurting and I have to get up or shift around. I feel like the back has minimal padding and feels very stiff. The lower back cushion, while soft, seems a bit too big and uncomfortable. Fortunately, my girlfriend seems to like the chair. Me, I'm going to try and either supplement the cushion in my old chair or replace the cushion if I can.
