So the most crucial thing for my first sim rig was foldability due to space limitations, everything I read said this was rhe best sturdy stiff foldable option. Build is fine but the instructors are very poor indeed, barely readable so faint. A good design, I'm 6ft.. not the tallest but tall! The pedal frame could do with being slightly longer. I have mine so far back I couldn't use the angled support frame, but it works better flat for me anyway for comfort and especially because the seat doesn't tip during heavy brake application. Some of the finish and welds arnt great but I think this is good value for money and well thought out. I certainly think it was a good choice for me having watched several hours YouTube on this and various others. It's comfy and versatile and rigid, plenty of important adjustment possible, good value, fols up well. Recommended buying a better ratchet strap for when it's folded up, the supplied one slips. A good purchase and a great introduction to sim racing cockpits... thanks!
Great bit of kit. I have limited room in my "Den" as I also play guitar in there so needed something that could be stowed away! Very comfortable and sturdy and due to this can sim race for much longer times! :)

This is a fantastic seat and very solid and sturdy for a fold up seat also really comfy even after a few hours of racing. I was a little dubious before purchasing but now it's tried and tested i would highly recommend 👌
Absolutely love it, it’s that comfortable I’ve fell asleep in it (accidentally) but all round best bang for your buck, I’m not one to normally leave a review but it’s too good not to, it’s really sturdy and solid
100% the best foldable sim racing cockpit on the market (I’ve tested the play seat challenge GT, Next lever racings F-GT and F-GT lite…all of which are more expensive than the GT omega sprint), the sturdiness is excellent, for reference it handles both my T300rs gt (3.9nm) and my Moza R9 with 9nm of force feedback and it’s as sturdy as a non foldable.
Quality is much more robust than the others mentioned and folds way better than the F-GT series.

Honestly if you want a foldable this is the one!
The whole experience has been relatively simple from the start. Order, payment and delivery were seamless. Unpack and build reasonably straightforward. The QR code instructions leave a little bit to your own imagination! They could be better. However once fully assembled the GT foldable Sprint rig is remarkably sturdy. My only challenge is that I am average height for a European (6foot). The steering wheel feels a bit high! Without having the underside of the mount touching legs. This may require a higher screen/monitor placement. I’m yet to test drive so this is all dry run comments. Currently I’d highly recommend this rig setup.
Long honest review: Swapping a wheel stand for a foldable cockpit is 100% the right decision. After reading reviews and Karl Goslings video I decided on GT Omega one. Very happy with my choice, the way it opens to make getting in and out is good for me with mobility restrictions, difference between a wheel stand and this was noticeable, once set up everything is just in the right place, like your road car rather than constantly adjusting chair etc, as its all one unit you feel the force feedback through the whole cockpit. Folds easily (about 2 mins to get out, fold and put away). My one really tiny issue was no instructions where in box, the website does have them available but not the easiest to follow, however most of it is common sense (Tip is organise parts especially screws before you start). Would recommend to anyone, its sturdy, comfortable and well built.
Going to be totally honest here, incredibly annoying to put together. Instructions are somewhat clear however since all the bolts are just thrown into a single bag, it’s hard to tell which one is meant to be used. Also the loose bolts near the bottom of the rig are a little worrying. Other than that, it’s a completely solid and extremely comfortable rig, raced in it for hours with no issues. Plus, takes up very little space when folded.

I was super hesitant to move to a folding cockpit but after watching Karl Goslings review, i was convinced, especially for the money. My take as a Fanatec CSL GT DD 8Nm user with CSL Pedals w/ Load Cell brake kit:
Pros:
- Insanely comfortable. The chair is WIDE.
- STURDY! I still don't understand how a folding cockpit is this study. Sure, the wheel deck flexes a bit under load but in actual racing situations, I do not notice it.
- Pedal tray plate design is fantastic
- Adjustability is fantastic
- Has room for some add-ons, especially being a box design and spare mounting point for perhaps a keyboard tray if you want to get creative.
Cons:
- The instruction manual was awful. Absolutely frustrating to follow.
- It's quite difficult to adjust the seating position by yourself
- The cockpit raises itself off the ground under too much brake pressure. I have my loadcell set to 85% brake pressure so this is manageable, basically unavoidable due to the design of folding cockpits, and could perhaps be mitigated by placing a heavy weight on the point where the pedal tray mounts to the seat.
In reality, this is more of a 4.5 star rating. I'm thoroughly enjoying the GT Omega Sprint, and despite my initial hesitation in purchasing it, it's exceeded my expectations. The price is also wicked compared to offerings from other brands.

I just bought your new Sprint folding cockpit as a solution for my living room based Xbox. It is amazing ! It is extremely comfortable and sturdy. Granted I currently have a simple Logitech g920 (with a shifter) and the chair handles it like a boss. There is absolutely no play anywhere, not on the wheel, not on the shifter. As I was assembling the chair I was amazed by the build quality and the heavy duty steel used in it's creation. I have not used any of the competitor folding cockpits but from what I gather from photos and videos they seem flimsy in comparison. Gt Omega's solution is just unyielding ! The downside to that is that it is heavy. Luckily there are wheels included in the construction to help with moving around and they do a good job. One thing I didn't like is the way it latches the wheel mount bar. Maybe I was doing it wrong but latching and unlatching the wheel bar in order to get in and out looked like it would cause an issue with the frame very quickly. And it was taking too much time. Fortunately even though I am a big guy I have found a way to get in the seat without having to swing open the wheel. Easier, faster and with no wear on the frame.
Bottom line is that I am loving the Sprint. I took a gable buying it before any review came out but I was confident that such a high quality company would not put out a product that would be inferior to the completion. And I was correct to assume that. Such a good price on such a high quality product is seldom seen. Well worth the money. Thank you !

Pretty good overall for the price. Instructions were not clear but I was able to build it. I think you shoudl do a tutorial on YouTube. One of the holes was not drilled for the pedals. Overall does what I need it to do.
Easy to build, sturdy, comfy, compatible with my moza r3 bundle. Haven't tried other brands but I would definetly stick with GT OMEGA if I were to upgrade my setup. Highly Recommend !
It's a well built bit of kit, and works well with my Moza wheel and pedals. However, I should have checked about maximum driver height as I'm needing to make modifications so I can fit!
Easy and straight forward to assemble. Once constructed it is very sturdy and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to take a step up with sim racing
Great chair, once I got it all setup it was great.
Instructions are not good at all and require following a QR code which has multiple parts of the same guide on different PDFs. I am an engineer by trade and struggled with some of the sections as they were not clear.
The frame had a couple of scratches on it too, and I had to upgrade some of the fixings to be more suitable for their intended use (wing nuts for bolts which will require regular adjustments, longer bolts to secure my pedals, spring washers on fixings which are to remain tight bit will experience a lot of movement) . I also bought some rubber to limit the amount of metal on metal contact on the frame.
Awesome cockpit. Had a playseat challenge in 2017 but this setup is a drastic improvement. Absolutely solid for a folding cockpit well built and easy to sit in for long periods of time. Game changer
Got the sprint recommend on streams I'm on the larger side 5.8 and 19 stone it is a comfortable rig even at my size mounted the wheel unit with 8nm torque which it handles well it doesn't feel like a foldable cockpit it performs so well
Incredibly sturdy, very worth the price and a bit more stylish and useful features than the playseat challenge. A little hard to assemble in the start, but once its together its awesome.
I have a Fanatec csl Dd (5nm) and it works very well!

Assembly was fairly straightforward. It handles my 8NM Logitech wheel with no issues. Super sturdy construction and has the benefit of being portable.
The Sprint Folding Cockpit is Amazing. Extremely sturdy and solid, really easy to move around and fold away when needed and it also has an amazing range of personalisation for your sim for every size of person. Also Gtomega have been extremely nice as this was a present for my fathers 59 birthday and they’ve been making sure it arrived as soon as possible, literally giving me the best customer service I’ve ever received. I will be buying again from them for sure, great high end quality products at a really good price.

Too many bolts haha, I can think of many different ways that could have been less bolts and simpler to adjust especially the pedals without costing more to produce. I think the person who designed it haven't done much mounting as a job. I work with adaptive equipment on wheelchairs, thus my comment.
After going from using the moza r5 on a desk to moving to the sprint chair. It has being a widely more enjoyable experience. Super comfortable, very easy to just fold away when not in use.
Purchased our first driving cockpit, the boys will be able to grow into fitting it properly. Over the moon with the set up cannot get the boys out of it now! Built up with an 8 year old who breezed through the instructions.

Really stable and I’m enjoying every single second on it. I can only recommend it. No any kind of issues even racing 3h long sessions on it. I’m impressed from how rigid is even with 8Nm DD wheel compared to competitors also more expensive. The only negative point is that is impossible to fix the handbrake plate support with last seat design. The seat straps are going over holes. Please give us suggestions how to fix it or send us an improved plate that is possible to fix with current seat design because I have no idea how can I fix the handbrake on the side.
3 suggestions where to improve:
1) use quick release pins for the angular pedal support to be able to fold it more when closed. I’m 1,9m and pedals are going against the chair steel pipe keeping it more open when folded.
2) extend 10-15cm the pedal frame. It’s a bit short for taller people, but nothing impossible.
3) Add 2 straps that connect the far corners of the pedal support with the chair frame to avoid that with load cell pedals the center is lifting from floor (it’s a common problem with foldable rigs)
